Monthly software subscriptions
DeskAndSite software is generally billed monthly in advance.
You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date.
Software refunds
Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable because product access, support, and processing are made available immediately.
If there is a clear billing error or a different written agreement, we may review refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Website work and custom changes
Website setup fees, build work, content updates, form work, or other custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been shared.
Recurring website maintenance or hosting fees apply to the current billing period and are generally non-refundable once that service period has started.
Third-party costs
If outside costs apply for domains, hosting, or other third-party services, those charges may be subject to separate provider terms and may not be refundable.
