Product and optional services
DeskAndSite provides AI receptionist software for inbound calls, lead capture, bookings, call summaries, and related owner workflows.
DeskAndSite may also provide optional website work such as landing pages, small business websites, form setup, content updates, or launch support.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, opening hours, escalation rules, FAQ material, website content, and contact destinations.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content, domains, images, and data you share with or connect to DeskAndSite.
If local laws require notice or consent for call recording or transcription, you are responsible for complying with those requirements.
Billing and term
The AI receptionist software is generally provided on a monthly subscription basis at the agreed monthly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website work may include a one-time setup fee together with a recurring monthly maintenance, hosting, or support fee, depending on the selected website plan.
Acceptable use
You may not use DeskAndSite for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
You may not use the product for spam, improper automated outreach, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
Liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, DeskAndSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or services.
